Setting Up Your Estate Is Easier Than You Think!

I can not speak for other law firms, but I can tell you how the process of getting your will and other estate documents goes at Rundlett Law Firm.  First, we will have a short conversation on the phone to discuss your situation.  If we are a good fit to help we will send you a simple agreement for you to sign on DocuSign right from your computer or smart phone.  Next, we will e-mail a form that asks all of the questions we need answered to accurately draft your estate documents.  This form can also be completed from your computer or smart phone.

After we receive your completed form we will draft the documents and email them to you for review.  Once you approve, we will print the documents and schedule a time to come to you for final execution.  Execution just means signing in front of witnesses.  We will bring witnesses and a notary so you do not need to inconvenience your friends and neighbors.

Finally, we will scan your will, health care directive, power of attorney, and other documents into our system.  The originals will be hand delivered to you for safe keeping.  That’s it.  Easy, right?

Let us know how we can help.
